Oknha Mong Reththy has emerged as one of the most influential businessmen in Cambodia and was named as agriculture millionaire. He is also the Chairman of the Mong Riththy Group which oversees many companies in the agricultural sector, including palm oil plantations, rubber plantations, and mango plantations. He owns the Keo Phos Port (Oknha Mong Port) and livestock farms, which are mostly located in the Keo Phos village in Sihanoukville. His company is believed to be the first enterprise to exports rubber from Cambodia to Singapore, Malaysia, and China. The company has already exported hundreds of thousands of tons of Keo Romeat mangos to the European market.

Oknha Ly Yong Phat (Trading, Agro-industry, Media)

Born in Koh Kong province in 1958, Oknha Ly Yong Phat founded the L.Y.P Group in 1999. The L.Y.P Group has 19 companies including, Hero King (import cigarettes), Chub Rubber Plantation, Phnom Penh Sugar Plantation, O-Smach Electricity and Water Supply, Cambodia Electricity Private, Koh Kong Special Economic Zone, Phnom Penh Hotel, and the Safari World Phnom Penh. He is an investor of PNN television and has partnered with a Thai millionaire for Makro Market.

Oknha Kok An (Trading-Product)
Oknha Kok An is the chairman of ANCO Brothers Co, LTD, the company which distributes tobacco products from Singapore. Between the 1980s and 1990s, he was a trader who imported and exported goods from Thailand and Vietnam. After that, he began to invest in the fishing and tobacco industries. He is able to speak  Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, and Khmer.

Oknha Hay Ly Eang (Medicine, Agro-Industry)
Oknha Hay Ly Eang is the founder of Confirel company, a business which helps promote local products such as sugar palm, sugar tablet, white sugar, palm wine, Kampot black pepper, peppermint tea, abroad. Three decades after recovering from the war in Cambodia, he also re-established Pharma Product Manufacturing (PPM) in Cambodia.
